This cookbook has easy to follow instruction with pictures of what the recipe should look like and great tasting recipes.

All cook books should come fully illustrated ! This one does. I have made numerous dishes from this book all with very favorable comments. Recipes are not complicated,easy to follow instructions with delicious flavors.
This book is amazing. We have made four of the recipes so far and had four incredibly yummy meals and they took very little time and effort to do... just as it advertises. Go figure. By the time I get home from work the last thing I want to do is spend two hours making dinner, so I am very thankful to have found something like this.
I borrowed this book from the local library and had to buy my own copy. The recipes for meat are especially nice, because they are basically all prepared the same way---with the differences coming from the flavorful (and easy) homemade sauces made to go over them. Also, each meat dish is shown on a plate of sides---and the instructions for making those same sides are included. Each recipe has a photo, as well. Mouth-watering, the kind of book you can read at work, then make on the fly at home afterwords and feel like you've eaten at a nice restaurant.
